I went to Shangri La Hotel last night, and attended an award ceremony just to recognize the outstanding women in Singapore. It was fun.

Love Bonito

Love Bonito's Rachel Lim and Viola Tan won the Women Entrepreneur Awards 2017.

Love, Bonito started out as a passion project in 2006. Just a couple of 18 year old girls with a desire to share their love for fashion and earn a little extra pocket money. The support and love for Love, Bonito that we got from the customers was just overwhelming and they were pleasantly surprised at the response they were getting!

I've met quite a few outstanding people like famous Feng Shui Master Tan Khoon Yong, Elim Chew of 77th Street, etc.

Grand Master (GM) Tan is the first fengshui practitioner in Singapore to receive the prestigious title of Grand Master from the International Fengshui Association (IFSA). GM Tan’s training began at an early age, assisting both his grandfather and father in their assessments. Steadfast in his pursuit of elevating the profession, GM Tan’s reputation as a beloved industry leader is well-deserved. Among his accomplishments, GM Tan received the Public Service Medal (PBM) from President S.R Nathan for his public contributions.

Elim Chew is best known as the founder of 77th Street, the retail store specializing in street wear for teenagers. She is an advocate of social entrepreneurship and believes that businesses can contribute to the community. Chew sits on various boards and committees in the public sector as well as youth and community organisations. She has received many awards, including the Public Service Medal.
